The provider didn’t really take time to get to know myself or my daughter and seemed to rush through the treatment and not talk myself and my husband through it (note we were the last appointment that day) Our DO was training another provider, so I chalked it up to that, but won’t be returning. When bringing a fragile newborn, as parents we were hoping for more personal, and thorough care. I’m sure the physical care that was provided was fantastic, but the personal care wasn’t where we had hoped it would be.
Note: I have experience with osteopaths myself so we are not new to this type of treatment.
The staff is really nice and Dr. Taow is a literal angel, she's the sweetest, most trustworthy, competent, and caring doctor that I've ever had. She has given me faith in doctors again! If I could give her a 100 star rating I would!
